Kibale Forest National Park

Kibale Forest National Park borders the Queen Elizabeth National Park and the Sebitoli Forest Camp in the north. The Park contains one of the most varied tracks of tropical forest in Uganda. Forest, interspersed with patches of grasslands and swamp, dominates the northern and central parts of the park on an elevated plateau. In addition to being home to over 375 species of birds, the park is home to 70 mammal’s species, most famously 13 species of primates including the chimpanzees.
